This romantic hotel is situated in a calm area in the heart of the village in the hilly landscape of Langhe in the region Piemont. The antique and u-shaped rock stone house is built around a beautiful atrium with an astounding view over the hills in the region.

   

The famous bathing health resort Acqui Terme with its excellent shops, bars, restaurants and markets can be reached by car in ten minutes, whereby bigger cities like Alessandria can be reached in 25 minutes via the autostrada and the cities Milan, Turin and Genoa with their international airports are only 75 minutes away.

The beautiful beaches of the ligurian coast can be reached in 60 minutes. Within 15 minutes you can be at several golf courses in the southern part of the Piemont, Le Colline and around Acqui Terme.

Wonderful and picturesque side roads lead the cyclist through one lyric village after the other. Wine lovers may connect their tours with a visit in one of the countless vine cellars of the region. Furthermore, a riding tour across the open hills rounds up the recreational features of this hotel.

Olympic ski resorts can be reached in 90 minutes.

The Complex

The atrium with the Feng Shui-garden is a place of energy; the 100 year old olive tree and the tall cypress are welcome sources of shade. In the summer the garden is used for gastronomy and has places for about 90 people.

The house is entirely renovated and is arranged with new and isolated windows and doors. The house is provided with its own water reservoir and a pressure balance pump. With the hating system 4 different sectors can be controlled separately. Furthermore, the house is equipped with an alarm system.

The well-kept house has a natural wine cellar, a licensed restaurant with seats for 50 people, a multipurpose room and a separate apartment.

In total there are 10 guestrooms, 7 double bed rooms, 1 single bed rooms and two further big rooms which can be arranged as apartments or suits. All rooms are equipped with new bathrooms and have wonderful views.

In the first floor, above restaurant and kitchen, lays a big multipurpose room with a balcony facing the atrium.

The private owner apartment is situated in the first floor on the end of the building. It has a gallery, a living room with an open kitchen, bed room, a bath room and a spacious terrace with a breath taking view over the region.
