1.  Who is the organizer of the lottery draw?

The owner of the property that is the prize at the lottery draw.


 

2.  Who is responsible for the internet platform?

For the website  www.verlose-haus.at/piemont is responsible the owner of the property.


 

3.  Who can participate at the lottery draw?

Anyone. General conditions apply. .


 

4.  What is the procedure of issuing the lottery tickets?

The tickets are offered and sold by the organizer over the internet.


 

5.  How can the tickets be bought?

The lottery tickets can be purchased over the internet website address www.verlose-haus.at/piemont . After completing the registration procedure the participant receives ID code which is necessary to enter the website. The participant can follow the payment and if necessary change the contact details.


 

6.  What is the procedure to pay for the lottery ticket?

With bank transfer or cash payment. The participant for his/hers payment receives an eight day reservation with personal registration number. On the payment slip the registration number must be visible – for purchase of more than one lottery ticket all the registration numbers must be written, so the payment can be spread.


 

7.  How many tickets can participant buy?

The number of purchased tickets is not limited.


 

8.  Can lottery tickets be purchased for third person?

The tickets can be purchased for anyone. On the payment slip all the details must be provided, also the third persons complete details: full name, address, date of birth. The third persons must be of age and legally competent.


 

9.  Who deals with payments for the lottery tickets?

All the payments are paid in special legal guardian account which is controlled by the legal guardian. The legal guardian then buys the tickets following paid orders as soon as it is possible and looks after the account in general.


 

10.  What happens if all the tickets are not sold?

If by the end of 2009 at least 80% of the tickets are not sold the draw is cancelled. The received payments are then returned to the payees, minus the amount for processing the payment.


 

11.  When will the draw take place?

2 weeks after the last ticket is sold or no later than 31. March 2010.


 

12.  What is the procedure of the draw?

All the tickets with the registration numbers are placed in see through bowl, mixed up and than the lucky ticket is drawn by blindfolded person. At the draw the legal guardian Mrs. Dr. Christa Kohl-Rupp and the owner are present.


 

13.  How is the lucky winner informed?

Over the website – the date of the draw and the winner are advertised.


 

14.  Are there any costs for the new owner to claim his/hers win?

No. The property is signed over and he/she is responsible for the property only after the ownership is changed.
